Kodály Certification Program

The Department of Performing Arts offers a Kodály Certification Program to qualified students. The program is endorsed by the Organization of American Kodály Educators (OAKE). Students who wish to pursue the certification for graduate credit must be admitted to the Graduate School on a “Regular Non-Degree” status as outlined under the “Admission to Graduate School” section in this catalog. To receive full certification, a student must successfully complete:

Level I

Level I may be taken for undergraduate credit by qualified undergraduate students.

Level II

Level III

Total: 18 semester credit hours.
