NUFS 353 - Foodservice Systems Management II

Organization and management in foodservice areas including administrative responsibilities, human resource and financial resource management. Emphasis on computer applications in foodservice management.

Prerequisite: NUFS 232 or permission of department head. Duplicate credit will not be given for FACS 353 and NUFS 353.
