NUFS 407 - Methods and Directed Observation in Teaching Nutrition and Family Studies

Development of curriculum through identification of objectives, content, learning experiences and materials, and evaluation techniques. Application of educational theory and methods. Use of media in presentations to diverse audiences.

Notes
Observation in school and community programs is required. Duplicate credit will not be given for NUFS 407 and EDUC 408, or FACS 407 and NUFS 407.

Prerequisite: Senior standing.
