MUSC 202 - Advanced Music Theory II

Analysis and composition using the techniques and materials of twentieth century and contemporary music including extended tertian and post-tonal materials and styles. Continued use of high order music notation software for writing assignments and composition. Computer laboratory projects required.

Prerequisite: MUSC 201, MUSC 201L; Corequisite: MUSC 202L.
