MATH 122 - Mathematics for Elementary School Teachers I

Description
Properties of the real numbers, consumer mathematics, number systems, number theory, and algebra concepts. Designed for elementary education majors, this course serves as an introduction to Common Core Standards present in elementary level mathematics content.

For early childhood education grades PK-3 and elementary education grades 1-5 majors only.

Prerequisite(s)/Corequisite(s)
Prerequisite(s): MATH 113, MATH 170, minimum ACT Mathematics score of 25, minimum SAT Math Section score of 590, or permission of department head.
