ENGR 110 - Introduction to Engineering


Description
Introduction to the engineering profession including engineering disciplines, professional and ethical responsibilities of engineers, communication, teamwork, and engineering licensure and registration. Engineering tools, problem solving, and the engineering design process are also introduced.

Note(s)
For chemical engineering, engineering, and mechanical engineering majors only. No duplicate credit for ENGR 110 and ENGR 107.

Prerequisite(s)/Corequisite(s)
Prerequisite(s): MATH 113, minimum ACT Mathematics score of 22, or minimum SAT Math Section score of 550.
Corequisite(s): (MATH 170, MATH 175, or MATH 190).
