BADM 615 - Operations Management

Description
Addresses strategic and operational issues consisting of process analysis, design and improvement, capacity constraints and cycle time relating to inventory management, supply chain management and operations strategy. Topics include: queuing theory, linear programming, network models, integers programming, project evaluation, simulation and risk assessment. Introduces information technology and spreadsheet models for complex business decision, re-engineering and improving business processes.
