ENGR 490 - Senior Design Project I

Description
Principles of design including development of project specifications, project management, and project documentation. Students are required to identify a project and develop preliminary specifications and plans for executing the project in ENGR 491.

No duplicate credit for ENGR 490 and CHEN 490, CIEN 490, CPEN 490, ELEN 490, or MEEN 490.

Prerequisite(s): ENGR 242.
Corequisite(s): CHEN 403, CIEN 416, MEEN 402, or permission of department head.

Computer engineering students gain permission by passing all required 300-level ELEN, CPEN, and CSCI classes. Electrical engineering students gain permission by passing all required 300-level ELEN classes.
