EDUC 649 - Reading in the Upper Elementary Classroom

Description
Candidates focus on the Science of Reading within grades 3-5 classrooms including research, phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension. Evaluation of HQIM for opportunities to differentiate and scaffold resources and activities to support all learners to promote literacy development including those with dyslexia.

Prerequisite(s): EDUC 510 and EDUC 648.
