Total Hours Required for Certificate:  27

The Graduate Certificate program in Educational Diagnostician leads to add-on teacher certification.

A graduate certificate in Educational Diagnostician is available to students who apply and complete the following courses.  To be admitted into this program, students must have earned a teaching certificate in Special Education and a Master’s degree in Education.

Requirements

*Students with secondary certification must have nine (9) hours in reading, six (6) of which must be in diagnosis and correction of reading problems.

Note:

No grade below ‘C’ and not more than 3 credit hours of ‘C’ work can be applied toward the certificate.
