To earn the Master of Science in Nursing with a role and population focus or a specialization, the student must complete all degree requirements including:
- A minimum of 40 credit hours for the Nursing Education role;
- Complete a focused scholarly project or a thesis; and
- Maintain a 3.0 GPA at all times.

General Notes
- Credits applied must be earned within 6 calendar years from the time the student first enrolled in the program.
- Only transfer credits with a grade of B or better may be applied toward the degree.
- Students must earn a grade of B or better in all courses applied to the degree.
