The Advanced Practice Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing, DNP program accepts new students only in the fall semester and is a hybrid program with 50-99% of coursework offered online.

To earn the Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, the student must complete all degree requirements including:
- A miminum of 20 hours of Advanced Practice Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing competencies;
- A minimum of 34 hours of Doctor of Nursing Practice essentials;
- Completion of the Doctor of Nursing Practice clinical project; and
- Maintain an overall GPA of 3.0 at all times.
