Freshman Fall - 17 hours
Note: EDUC 204 requires 10 observation hours.
Freshman Spring - 18 hours
Note: EDUC 203 requires 10 observation hours.
Sophomore Fall - 15 hours
Note: EDUC 216 requires 5 observation hours.
Sophomore Spring - 18 hours
Junior Fall - 15 hours
Note: EDUC 324 requires 15 observation hours. EDUC 336 requires 45 observation hours. SPED 403 requires 20 observation hours.
- BIOL, CHEM, ENSC, GEOL, PHSC, or PHYS Elective - 3 hours
Junior Spring - 16 hours
Note: EDUC 316 and EDUC 334 each require 15 observation hours. EDUC 328 and SPED 424 each require 20 observation hours.
Senior Fall - 12 hours
Note: EDUC 335 requires 15 observation hours. EDUC 410 requires 40 observation hours. EDUC 416 and SPED 443 each require 20 observation hours.
Note:
Students must earn a grade of ‘C’ or better in ENGL 101, ENGL 102, and ENGL 351, as well as in all EDTC, EDUC, PSYC, and SPED courses.
General Notes
- All Baccalaureate degrees must include 40 hours at the 300/400 level.
- All Baccalaureate degrees require at least one course from the life sciences and one course from the physical sciences categories in Area C of the General Education Core Curriculum.
- All Baccalaureate degrees must include 12 hours of Writing Enriched courses in the General Education Core Curriculum and 6 hours in the major.
- All Associate degrees must include 6 hours of Writing Enriched courses in the General Education Core Curriculum and 3 hours in the major.
