NUFS 343 - Advanced Food, Beverage, and Service Management

Food service management application of systems theory and marketing principles through quantity food production, sales, service, and record keeping.

Notes
Duplicate credit will not be given for FACS 343 and NUFS 343.

Prerequisites:Senior standing; MATH 113; credit for all freshman and sophomore level required NUFS courses or permission of the department head.
