MGMT 625 - Supervisory Management

Effective supervisory management techniques focusing on the management functions of planning, organizing, influencing, and controlling. Principles are developed by the experiential exercise method for handling problems related to communication, leadership, motivation, disciplinary action, time management, and other appropriate topics.

Prerequisites: MBA 610; MGMT 604 or its equivalents; and/or permission of MBA Director.
