ANSC 454 - Current Topics in Animal Science (Lec. 3, Cr. 3) Designed to familiarize students with current problems facing the livestock industry. Topics may include animal rights/welfare, environmental issues, genetic engineering, meat safety, and public health concerns. Understanding societal concerns and ways to address these concerns.
Notes No duplicate credit for ANSC 554.
