STAT 628 - Applied Statistical Methods II (Lec. 3, Cr. 3) Non-theoretical approach to statistics including an introduction to basic probability, probability distributions, sampling distributions, hypothesis testing, regression and correlation and analysis of variance. Software packages utilized.
Notes Credit for this course may not be applied toward the degree of Master of Science in Mathematical Sciences.
Prerequisite: Permission of department head.
