ECON 451 - Public Finance

Analysis of taxes and expenditures at the federal, state and local levels of government. Theory of public goods, public choice, tax incidence, cost and benefit analysis, federalism and intergovernmental aid, and budget deficits.

Prerequisites: Junior standing, ECON 203. Junior standing.
