GEOL 224 - Elementary Sedimentation and Stratigraphy (Lec. 2, Lab. 6, Cr. 4)

Geologic study of sediments and the resulting sedimentary rocks. Composition, textures, classification, deposition and diagenesis. Layered rocks, their physical properties and paleontology. The time table and correlation.
