GOVT 526 - Civil Rights and Civil Liberties (Lec. 3, Cr. 3)

Nature and scope of constitutional rights and liberties. Includes due process and equal protection of the law; freedom of expression and association; press freedom; freedom from and of religion; searches and seizures; right to counsel; privacy rights; and racial,sexual, and gender discrimination.
