THEA 181 - Introductory Stage Combat

Description
Introductory class in the art-form of stage combat, or controlled violence for the stage, with a focus on two of eight weapon styles approved by the Society of American Fight Directors (SAFD) as well as techniques, partnering, and safety. Includes discussions about historical technique and its integration into performance.
