Prerequisites

In addition to the general requirements for the admission to Graduate School, applicants for admission to the Master of Science program must have one of the following:

• Baccalaureate degree GPA of 3.00 or higher; or
• Baccalaureate degree GPA between 2.70 and 2.99 and a minimum Graduate Record Exam (GRE) score of 304 (Verbal + Quantitative).​

• EDTC 614 - Survey of Educational Telecommunications, Networks, and the Internet Cr: 3
• EDTC 617 - Educational Technology Research and Assessment: Instructional Media Design Cr: 3
• EDTC 621 - Advanced Telecommunications and Distance Learning Cr: 3

Term 4: Fall - 6 hours

• EDTC 627 - Mobile Technologies Cr: 3
• EDUC 670 - Research II: Applied Educational Research Cr: 3

Term 5: Spring - 6 hours

General Notes

• At least one-half of the total number of credit hours required for a graduate degree, excluding credit for thesis, must be at the 600 level.
• Credits applied must be earned within 6 calendar years from the time the student first enrolled in the program.
• No grade below C and not more than 6 credit hours of C work can be applied toward the degree.
• Only transfer credits with a grade of B or better may be applied toward the degree.
