BADM 618 - International Business


Overview of international environment, management of cross cultural differences, applications of international trade theories and policies, economic integration and globalization, World Trade Organization, international corporate finance and global financial markets, measurement and management of exchange rate and political risks, direct foreign investment, challenges and opportunities of multinational corporations and the means by which they develop and sustain a competitive presence.

Prerequisites: MBA 610; and/or permission of MBA Director. Preferably, the foundation courses should include FIN 600, ECON 602, MKTG 605, and MGMT 604 or their equivalent.
