MGMT 300 - Management Concepts and Practices

Nature and development of management theory as influenced by its dynamic legal, political, social, and ethical aspects in both the domestic and international environments. Analysis of planning, organizing, influencing, and controlling in both the domestic and international environments. Additional topical coverage includes decision making, human resource management, communication, leadership, and motivation.

Prerequisites: ENGL 102 and 6 hours of MATH 113 and above. Junior standing.
