Basic concepts in genetics. Topics include Mendelian genetics, sex-linkage, autosomal linkage, recombination mapping, statistical applications, phenotypic expression, gene regulation, epigenetics, population genetics, cytogenetics, causes and consequences of mutations, and evolutionary genetics.
