Foundations of human resource management (HRM). Topics include overview of HRM activities, organization, and strategies; overview of strategies and planning; monitoring and measuring effectiveness; diversity and global implications; ethics in HRM; and the work environment.

Prerequisites / Corequisites
Prerequisite(s): ENGL 102 (with a grade of C or better), MATH 130 (with a grade of C or better), [MATH 231 (with a grade of C or better) or STAT 231 (with a grade of C or better)], and junior standing.
