HSM 400 - Introduction to Healthcare Finance

Description
Addresses healthcare reimbursement systems, the regulatory environment, general accounting, cost concepts, product costing, strategic planning and an introduction to the operating budget. Emphasis will be on understanding and interpreting financial information, concepts, and techniques of financial analysis and the decision-making process in the health care environment.
