KNES 345L - Exercise Physiology Laboratory

Description
Introduction to many of the basic laboratory procedures and tests in exercise physiology, concentrating on various methods that can be used to assess physical fitness and health. These methods provide the opportunity for hands-on experience with the equipment that students may be required to operate in future work settings. The primary goal is to learn to apply these assessment methods in a variety of situations to evaluate health and fitness.
