MPRD 250 - Audio Recording I

Description
A theoretical and practicum-based overview of the equipment and techniques required to provide live sound reinforcement for a variety of performances including concerts, theater productions, and field recordings. Topics include analog and digital audio cabling, signal flow, mixing consoles, live mixing techniques, microphone selection and placement, spectral and time-based effects, speakers, and monitors.
