HIST 575 - History of Asian Religions

Introduces Asian religions in contemporary and historical contexts through a thematic focus on the complex relationships between human beings and the spirit world, between the living and the dead. Explores the disciplines and fields of religious studies, history, comparative Asian studies, and the study of the global Asian diaspora.
