Notes
- For BIOL, CHEM, ENSC, MATH Electives (300/400 Level), it is recommended that students take either CHEM 303, CHEM 465, and/or ENSC 442.
- Prepharmacy students may complete the above curriculum through the junior year, and after successfully completing the first year of work in an accredited school of pharmacy, students will be given 24 hours of advanced placement credits to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from McNeese State University. Students must fulfill all other degree requirements.
- Students must earn a grade of C or better in all CHEM courses.
General Notes
- All Baccalaureate degrees must include 40 hours at the 300/400 level.
- All Baccalaureate degrees require at least one course from the life sciences and one course from the physical sciences categories in Area C of the General Education Core Curriculum.
- All Baccalaureate degrees must include 12 hours of Writing Enriched courses in the General Education Core Curriculum and 6 hours in the major.
- All Associate degrees must include 6 hours of Writing Enriched courses in the General Education Core Curriculum and 3 hours in the major.
