MUSC 398 - Opera/Musical Theatre Workshop

Description
The course provides stage experience for music majors and non-majors as well. Non-music majors will be required to audition and receive permission of the director before enrolling in the course. One to two scenes will be studied, memorized, staged, and performed before the public at the end of the semester. Length of scenes and students’ former experience will determine the number of scenes in which the students participate.

Note(s)
Only 1 credit hour per semester may be applied toward degree requirements to satisfy major ensemble requirement.
