NURS 840 - Interprofessional Collaboration and Population Outcomes

Description
Focuses on preparing advance practice registered nurses for intentional collaboration with multiple members of the healthcare team. Emphasis given to development of a proposed integrated behavioral health primary care model to address disparities in behavioral health outcomes in a defined population.
