NURS 850 - Clinical Scholarship for Evidence-based Practice I

Description
Focuses on the identification of a clinical project topic. Teams or individuals will work with a faculty member to plan the direction of their project, which can be in realms of advocacy, clinical practice, quality improvement, or another negotiated project. The project should be designed to progress the advanced practice nursing profession through evidence-based practice and promote nursing innovation in the provision of various aspects of patient care and outcomes.

Note(s)
May be repeated to accrue a total of 4 credit hours, but only 2 credit hours may be applied toward a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree.

Prerequisite(s): NURS 810, NURS 815, NURS 820, NURS 825, NURS 830, NURS 835, and NURS 840.
Prerequisite(s)/Corequisite(s): NURS 845.
