ECON 333 - Economics of Energy and the Environment


Description
Survey economics course covering energy and environmental topics with a focus on liquified natural gas (LNG). Economic models are applied to subjects covering markets, environmental issues, and regulation/public choice. Topics include economic theories of resource extraction and pricing, domestic and international energy markets and trade, and environmental considerations. A focus on LNG covering the economics of the LNG industry, LNG projects, and transportation are included.

Prerequisite(s): ECON 203 (with a grade of C or better) and ECON 204 (with a grade of C or better).
