EDUC 657 - Demystifying Dyslexia and Related Learning Differences


Description
Candidates will receive a reliable and accessible starting point for learning about dyslexia and related learning differences. Focus of the course will be on the origins of dyslexia, identifying main characteristics of the disability, and understanding how to support students with dyslexia through interactive and multisensory learning experiences both inside and outside of the classroom. Candidates will learn how to adjust instructional sequences to accommodate student needs.
