Prerequisite

Adequate preparation as determined by academic advisor.

Chemical, Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering Concentrations

Total Hours: 30 or 36

  • Courses in Engineering and the concentrations - 18/thesis 24/non-thesis 
  • Courses in mathematics, science and related fields - 6/thesis 12/non-thesis
  • Thesis - 6

Engineering Management Concentration

(Non-Thesis Hours) Total Hours: 36

  • Courses in Engineering and the concentrations - 18

Required courses from the College of Business:

Required course from College of Science

Notes

All the courses toward the degree must be approved by the academic advisor.
At least half the number of courses taken either in thesis or non-thesis option must be 600 level.
Note 2. Chemical Engineering concentration requires CHEG 601, CHEG 617, and CHEG 641.
