Women’s Studies Concentration (A.G.S.)

Students who wish to earn an Associate of General Studies degree with concentrations in the College of Liberal Arts must select courses within the A.G.S. curriculum plan.

Required courses within the A.G.S.curriculum plan:

  • 6 hours of fine arts electives
  • 9 hours of science electives
    (including at least one Life and one Physical Science)
  • 6 hours of language

Mathematics Requirements

  • An additional 3 hours, excluding MATH 122 or 223

Humanities Elective

(6 hours)

Women’s Studies Electives

  • Plus 9 hours of Women’s Studies electives
