MGMT 300 - Management Concepts and Practices (Lec. 3, Cr. 3)

LCCN: CMGM 3103, Principles of Management (Upper Level)

Nature and development of management theory as influenced by its dynamic legal, political, social, and ethical aspects in both the domestic and international environments. Analysis of planning, organizing, influencing, and controlling in both the domestic and international environments. Additional topical coverage includes decision making, human resource management, communication, leadership, and motivation.

Prerequisites:  ENGL 102  with a minimum grade of “C”, and MATH 130 with a minimum grade of “C”, or MATH 231 or STAT 231. Junior standing.
