MEEN 570.1 - Centrifugal Pump Fundamentals (Lec. 1, Cr. 1)

Comprehensive study of centrifugal pump systems that includese nozzles, impellers, casings, shafts, wear rings, bearings, mechanical seals, and lubrication. Assignments in advanced academic content. Term project required.

No duplicate credit for MEEN 570.1 and MEEN 470.1.

Prerequisite: Conferred engineering degree or permission of department head.
