Note: All General Business Administration majors will take the following courses during their freshman and sophomore years.

General Business Administration, B.S. (no concentration)


Note: General Business Administration majors pursuing a general business administration degree with no concentrations will take the following courses during their junior and senior years.

Junior Year


Total Hours: 30

  • 300+ Accounting Electives - 6
    (Six hours must be 300-400 level and selected with advisor or department head approval.)
  • Fine Arts Elective2 - 3
  • 300+ Economics Elective - 6
    (Six hours must be 300-400 level and selected with advisor or department head approval.)
  • Social Science Elective - 3
    (Three hours must be chosen from approved General Education courses with the approval of the advisor or department head.)

Senior Year


Total Hours: 29

  • 300+ Business Electives - 6
    (Six hours must be 300-400 level and selected with the approval of advisor or department head.)
  • 300+ Finance Electives - 6
    (Six hours must be 300-400 level and selected with the approval of advisor or department head.)
  • 300+ Marketing Electives - 6
    (Six hours must be 300-400 level and selected with the approval of advisor or department head.)
  • Non-business elective - 2
    (Any course other than HHP activity courses.
    Two hours must be chosen from approved General Education courses with the approval of the advisor or department head.)

General Business Administration, B.S. (Construction Management Concentration)


Freshman Year


Students pursuing a General Business Administration major with a concentration in Construction Management will make the following adjustments to the freshman year listed above.

Sophomore Year


Students will follow the sophomore year listed above.
